Our partner in Bromsgrove is Bromsgrove and Redditch Welcome Refugees. This is a community group of people preparing to welcome and support Syrian refugees locally. These volunteers help to give furniture, clothes, essential supplies, translation and, most importantly, friendship. One BRWR initiative is to create RefuJUICE with apples from local orchards. This helps stop food waste, raises funds and is produced by volunteers, working along with some of the new Syrian community.
After the show in Bromsgrove we joined our partner Bromsgrove and Redditch Welcome Refugees and some special guests from the local community.
